Information notice pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. no. 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) –

 

This information notice is provided to users who interact with Axolight’s web services, available online at: http://www.axolight.it/ (the homepage of the AXOLIGHT SRL website). This information notice describes how this website is managed.

The data controller is AXOLIGHT SRL, with registered office in via Moglianese 44, 30037 Scorzé (VE), Italy, VAT no. 03224300263 / Tax code 02922590274.

 

Purposes and legal basis of processing

Any personal data provided shall be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness referred to by art. 6 of EU Reg. 2016/679, for the following purposes:

  1. a) To manage the processing of data regarding (art. 6, point b)):

− browsing on this website;

− the filling in of any data collection forms in order to send an information request to the data

controller;

− compliance with contractual or legal obligations and for administrative-accounting purposes. In order to comply with personal data protection regulations, any processing carried out for administrative-accounting purposes shall be connected with organisational, administrative, financial and accounting activities, regardless of the type of data being processed.

Types of data processed

Navigation data – log files

As is the case for all websites, also this website uses log files to store information that is automatically collected

when users visit it. The following information may be collected:

– internet protocol (IP) address;

– type of browser and parameters of the device being used to connect to the website;

– name of the internet service provider (ISP);

– date and time of the visit;

– the web pages the visitor uses to connect to (referral page) and leave the website;

– the number of clicks, where applicable.

This information is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but could, for its very nature, allow the users to be identified if processed and associated with data held by third parties.

This data could be used to establish responsibility in the case of potential computer crimes or damages to the website and may be sent to the Judicial Authority should the latter explicitly request it.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this website shall mean that the sender’s e-mail address will be subsequently acquired, which is necessary in order to reply to requests, as will be any other personal data indicated in the e-mail.

AXOLIGHT SRL receives and stores the personal data that is voluntarily provided by users, such as: name, surname, company name, gender, date and place of birth, tax code, VAT number, address, telephone and/or fax number, e-mail address and profession, for the amount of time that is strictly necessary for the purposes of the processing pursuant to art. 5 of EU Reg. no. 679/2016.

Users may provide this information when sending an e-mail to the addresses provided on this website, when browsing the website, when using the services provided by the company and as part of the activities linked to said services.

Data provided voluntarily by the user shall be collected and processed by AXOLIGHT in order to provide the requested services and related activities in the best way possible, such as registration with the website and/or signing up to the newsletter, customer communications, processing statistics, interacting with social networks and external platforms, fulfilling legal and/or regulatory requirements, or to exercise or defend a right as part of legal proceedings.

 

Data received through the “CONTACT US” section only be used to respond to users’ requests and will not be transferred to third parties. Data is processed in compliance with the EU general data protection regulation, both manually and with the help of IT tools that are suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of processing in order to allow for aggregated or specific data to be identified and selected.

Only common personal data is collected.

Processing methods

Personal data is processed using automated tools for the time that is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it has been collected.

The personal data provided may be disclosed to recipients, appointed pursuant to art. 28 of EU Reg. no. 2016/679, who will process said data in their capacity as Data Processors and/or as individuals acting under the authority of the Controller or Processor, in order to comply with the related contracts or purposes. More precisely, data may be disclosed to recipients belonging to the following categories:

− Service providers for the management of AXOLIGHT SRL’s IT system and communication networks (including its e-mail system);

−  Studios or companies providing assistance and/or consulting services;

− Competent authorities to fulfil legal obligations and/or provisions issued by public bodies, upon request.

 

Rights of the data subject

Data subjects have the right to ask the data controller for access to and rectification or cancellation of personal data or to restrict the processing of personal data concerning them, or to object to their processing (articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR).

Data subjects may submit such a request by writing to the Data Controller, also via e-mail to the address privacy@axolight.it.If the requirements are met to do so, data subjects are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, as this is the supervisory authority according to the procedures in place.
